**SHARE** Bridesmaids Dresses
« on: July 09, 2010, 09:47:15 am »

well the bridesmaid's as important as the bride... well almost!  O:-)
let's share some ideas for your jiemei's dresses  ;D

im checking out vera wang's bridesmaid collection and it's so user-friendly to shop! you can shop by colour family... the people at vera wang obviously know how the wedding planning process works! here are some of my favourites  ;D

find these dresses at http://www.verawangonweddings.com/shop/Dress_Gallery.aspx?Catalog=Bridesmaid%20Gallery. you need an account to sign in though!

Tissue Organza/Crinkle Chiffon -- for blue themes; the colour block design is very chic and interesting as well! :D

Sleeveless cocktail dress with pleated A-line skirt -- pink (but elegant lady pink, not girly pink!) the sheen on the fabric makes this a great dress for the evening reception :)

Taffeta strapless cocktail dress with bobinette trim & pleated skirt -- for purple themes; classic sweet and flattering cut for subtle glam without stealing the bride's limelight!

hey, actually the i heard the Jurong Point fair got some stores special in making bridesmaids dresses.
here is one boutique-- Ocassions
I think bridesmaids should be better unified in one color tune which makes the wedding more harmonious

@seraph: great idea that the colour should be harmonised ;) i love the dress on the extreme right in the picture you posted!

i like this fresh look that would be great for a garden wedding :) the dress's cut simply with a slight vintage flare.
well only thing is, the bridesmaid should probably tone down on the flowers in the hair though! :D

okay these are not strictly bridesmaids dresses (they're more like flower girl dresses) but i couldn't resist since these dresses from jill stuart are so cute! most of us probably won't splash out on these designer dresses for our little flower girls but i foresee nimble fingers who can DIY some designs inspired by these ;)
