anyone is interested in holding a wedding banquet at Swissotel the Stamford any time next year but have yet to decide on the dates and have yet to sign a contract?

I have with me, a contract with the hotel on the wedding banquet which will be held on 25 May 2012. However, due to some some reason, I would not be able to hold this wedding banquet anymore and would like to transfer this account to any couple who are looking for banquet. I have paid a deposit of $5000.

Details:

The price of per table is about $988++ .
Min-32 tables, Max-35 tables. (Canning Ballroom)
The date for the banquet is on the 25May2012 (Friday).
Change of date are subject to availability and we can check with the hotel manager.
I am willing to offer a discount of 50% of the $5000.
