**SHARE** Tips on Stopping Hair Loss
« on: July 22, 2011, 06:44:50 pm »

One of the causes of hair loss is impaired blood circulation, especially in the scalp. Factors which can influence this include wearing head gear, tight headwear, scalp and body tension due to stress, smoking, and atherosclerosis (a condition where blood vessels are narrowed due to fatty acids). It is a well documented fact that when poor blood circulation occurs, then hair roots would not get enough of the vital nutrients to achieve healthy growth. So, in this context, stopping hair loss becomes a question of how to induce good blood circulation in the scalp.

2. You should drink plenty of water daily. Say 8-10 glasses a day.

loss is an important factor deficiency. Without some nutrients in your daily diet, it is virtually impossible for your organization to produce more healthy hair strings. Poor nutrition contributes to weak hair structure, which then leads to easier hair fall and fracture.

Hair loss is normal though when it has reached a greater number than normal levels, you have to watch out for it, to avoid getting bald.

It can be caused by a lot of things and most common for couples about to get married is the stress.  I suggest that you do not focus on the wedding everyday. Assign days when you are going to talk about it with exception of course on sudden emergencies when you have to deal with things.

That ensures that your mind is free from worry for a great part of the weeks leading to your wedding.

Scarring alopecia may be caused by a variety of medical conditions or dermatological such as lupus, lichen planus, or local radiotherapy. The loss of hair against damage or medical premises were cured, usually the subject of hair transplantation. Radiation therapy can cause scarring and non-scarring hair loss localized and can be treated with surgical hair restoration, if the area is not too large.

I've heard lots of awesome stories about Nutriol from Nuskin but I've yet to see for myself if it's really good. My female friend of mine has thin hair and is really worried that she might have suffer from pre-mature baldness. I've read up on few articles and realised that most hair loss is related to a poor thyroid function. Hence, I would recommend getting a thyroid function test as it is critical that you know what's causing your hair to thin. A healthy pore should at least have an average of 2 strands of hair. There are many triggers or factors that can cause hair thinning and things like pH imbalance is one of them! If you realised that pH imbalance is what's causing it, I've a home recipe that might be of some help. But I would recommend that you figure out what's causing your hair to thin before you try out anything! =)

P.S. I strongly recommend using ORGANIC shampoos.

Hope this helps.
Enjoy life everyday

This one works for me

Massage your scalp with 2-3 drops of any essential oil. Press and knead the scalp in such a way that the oil seeps deep into the roots. Then wrap your hair in shower cap for 10 minutes. Following this, place a warm towel around it and leave it for some time before washing.
