I've always heard about how cucumbers are good for reducing eye puffiness.. how true is that?

Do you guys know of other good veg and fruits that are good for a budget beauty fix? :D

lemons are supposedly good for both skin and hair! haven't tried it yet though :-[

lemons?! sounds acidic XD are they okay for sensitive skin as well? ::)
i've heard that egg white is good for the hair! that is, if you can get past the fact that they'll look gross and smell gross when you smear them on... :D

Fruits and vegetables are must important for health and live. It is very essential for  energy and protein. I am alway eat fruits and vegetables in my lunch and dinner. Fruits and vegetables are very important for us.

Cucumbers not only remove eye puffiness but they also helps our skin smooth and brighter.
