I had a breast reduction surgery 3 years ago and went from a 40G to a 36C. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself! The change in activity level and self confidence is amazing.This surgery is done either under local anesthesia or short acting general anesthesia and the patient can go home the same day after the operation.
